One caravan has three bedrooms, the other caravan has two bedrooms. Both sleeping up to 6 people.

Both vans have double glazing and central heating.
They both have shower/toilet, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, iron and board, Television & DVD.

Gas is supplied (for cooking/water heating).
Electricity is included in price.

Linen and hand towels are supplied.

Covid-19

In order to keep thorough cleaning as efficient as possible, books and games and side lights have been removed (at present).
I ask that each guest strip their own beds, including pillow and mattress protectors and place in the laundry bags supplied before leaving. Also open a few windows before leaving.
Entry time is after 5pm but sometimes it will be negotiable if no guests prior to your visit. This will allow time for the most thorough cleaning.
There is only one washing machine for the 2 caravans which is situated in its own wee shed. Hand sanitizers and sprays will be available for extra cleaning of the shared surfaces.

Terms & Conditions

• A £100 deposit is payable on booking and the balance due at any time before arrival, or as cash on arrival. All fees are non-refundable.

• Weekly Bookings are from Saturday - Saturday.

• Bookings are from 5pm on the afternoon of arrival and the caravan must be vacated by 10am on the morning of your departure day.

• The caravan must be kept in a clean and tidy condition and left in such condition on departure.

• Maximum occupancy of 6 people.

• Although Linen and hand towels are provided - Please bring your own Bath Towels.

• Wi Fi available.

• Well behaved dogs are permitted by prior agreement.

• The caravan is non - smoking.

• The caravan owners will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft, injury, accident mishap to any person or property howsoever caused.
